Tech Prep Student Alert Forms are an important part of the articulation
process. Multiple copies of this form have been provided to all high school
faculty who teach a course sequence that is part of a Tech Prep articulation
agreement. High school faculty should complete this form for any student taking
a sequence of courses that is part of a Tech Prep articulation agreement, who is
making satisfactory progress and plans to attend CVCC. The form should be given
by the high school faculty to the student as soon as he or she begins the
application process at CVCC. Students should bring the form with them when they
begin the application process at CVCC and hand it to a CVCC Counselor. Complete
instructions are printed on the form.
