How to Register for CVCC's
Workforce Solutions & Community Education Classes
WALK-IN - Stop by our office, complete a registration form and
make payment in person by credit card, check or cash. Registration at least 7 days before a class
starts is requested.
PHONE - Call 434-832-7607 at least five days prior to the start
of the class. One of our friendly registration team members will assist you!
You can mail or fax employee registrations on purchase order or company letterhead along with a
purchase order and we will bill. Contact our office for the specific information required with
the registration, such as student information, course name and course number.

CVCC reserves the right to cancel any classes which do not have sufficient registration or for other
reasons that arise in the course of business. Any classes offered by CVCC, whether on campus or off
site, will be cancelled due to inclement weather when CVCC is closed. Listen to local radio and TV
stations, or check the College's website at www.cvcc.vccs.edu for current information.
Refunds - Students are encouraged to register for all classes at
least seven (7) days before the first scheduled class date. Late registrations may be possible depending
on factors such as space available, purchasing, etc. If a registrant's plans change, Workforce Solutions
& Community Education must be notified at 434-832-7607 at least three (3) business days
before the first schedule class date. The registrant then will have the option to transfer to another
upcoming class within the same semester or receive a refund. Should a registrant fail to contact the
Workforce office at least three (3) business days before the first scheduled class date, the full cost
of the class, including any books, materials or other items that were part of the cost of the class,
will be forfeited.
