Residency Requirements
For tuition purposes, students must indicate their residency status when applying for admission. All applicants are required to complete Part B of the admissions application to determine eligibility for in-state tuition.
A Virginia resident is a person who has been domiciled in, and is a legal resident of the Commonwealth for a period of at least one year prior to the beginning of the term or semester for which enrollment is planned.
