How To Apply For Graduation:
Students may apply to graduate using their MyCVCC account at:
Select Student Information System > Self Service > Student Center > Apply for Graduation.
Students will receive a confirmation page once the application is complete. All additional information will be sent to
the student's CVCC email account.
Please ensure that all information on the application is correct since diplomas will be printed with the names listed on
the application. If you will be receiving more than one degree, diploma, or certificate, you will need to fill out a
separate application for each one.
All applications must be received by the due dates listed above. If you are unsure if you qualify to graduate, please
meet with an Academic Counselor to review your degree progress report.
Students may also view their advisement report/degree progress using their myCVCC with the following navigation:
Student Information System > Self Service > Student Center > My Academics > View my Advisement Report.
Once the application is received and processed, graduates will be mailed a Graduation Application Review form listing
any remaining course requirements needed to complete their degree. In March, eligible graduates will receive an email
verifying their attendance. All other graduation information can be viewed on the graduation website.
