The Information Technology (IT) Help Desk is the place faculty,
staff and students (limited support) go to obtain support for
their Information Technology and audio-visual needs. Our office is located in room 2302 of Amherst Hall and is open
Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours and emergency weekend support is also
available. If you are in need of emergency assistance after hours just leave a voice mail by calling the Help Desk. An
IT staffer will be paged as soon as the voice mail message is recorded.
