CVCC Educational Foundation, Inc. enables students to attend CVCC by providing scholarships. Our foundation is a charitable,
non-profit corporation that provides individuals, organizations and businesses an opportunity to support student success by
contributing to scholarship funds. These scholarships are grants that students are not required to repay.
The foundation offers a variety of scholarships for students in many categories, but only one online application is needed
to be considered for all of them. The link to the application is shown in red further down this page.

Prior to submitting the online general scholarship application, students must:
- Apply for admission to CVCC at
(new students only).
- Complete the FAFSA at
annually, and include CVCC as one of your colleges.
- Enroll in a curricular program of study at CVCC. (New students only.
Call the CVCC Counseling Office (434) 832-7800 to schedule an appointment).
- Apply for a CVCC scholarship at

Tobacco Commission Scholarship Information
Thanks to a very generous grant from the Virginia Tobacco Commission, there are substantial scholarship awards available
