MTH 103 -104 Applied Technical Mathematics I-II (3 cr.) (3 cr.) Presents a review of arithmetic, elements of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. Directs applications to specialty areas. Prerequisites: a placement recommendation for MTH 103 and Arithmetic or equivalent. Lecture 3 hours per week.

This course is delivered through real-time instruction (days/times established) using Blackboard Collaborate (desktop web-conferencing software). Students who enroll in this course must attend an orientation offered by the Distance Education Department in Rm 3209 at the Lynchburg campus on Wed., Aug 14, at 10 a.m. or 6 p.m. Contact Connie Deacon at (434) 832-7743 with questions.
