Introduction To Computer Programming (EGR 127) - Fall 2013

EGR 127 Introduction to Computer Programming (2 cr.) Introduces programming in a higher level language such as FORTRAN, BASIC, PASCAL, or C++ on the microcomputer. Uses the operating system, packaged software and peripheral devices. Emphasizes engineering program problem solving. Includes instruction in basic computing concepts, components, and operations and in the use of an integrated software package. Lecture 1 hour. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 3 hours per week.
