Principles of Sociology (SOC 200) - Summer 2014
SOC 200 Principles of Sociology (3 cr.) Introduces fundamentals of social life. Presents significant research and theory in areas such as culture, social structure, socialization, deviance, social stratification, and social institutions. Students who have previously completed Soc 201 or 202 may not get credit for both SOC 200 and SOC 201or 202. Lecture 3 hours per week

Hybrid - combines 1/2 real-time instruction (days/times established) using Blackboard Collaborate (desktop web-conferencing software) and 1/2 online instruction (using Blackboard). Students are required to provide their own headset/mic to participate in this class. Proctored testing is required.
