Baseball Fundamentals I (PED 118) - Spring 2014

Enhances the mental and physical ability of students for playing the sport of baseball. Introduces skills of weight training, flexibility, fielding, throwing, hitting, pitching, and position play. Explains the history of the sport and provides students an understanding of and respect for the game and its role in society. Laboratory 2 hours per week.
